Abstract: Objective: To select and summarize the evidence for the care of adults with facial burns and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: The clinical decisions, guidelines, evidence summaries, best practices, expert consensus and systematic reviews on the assessment and care of facial burn patients in domestic and foreign guide and professional association websites and databases were searched by computer. The search period was from the establishment of databases to March 31, 2023. Quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out to the included literature. Results: A total of 17 literature were included, including 2 guidelines, 11 evidence summaries, 2 expert consensus articles and 2 systematic reviews. Thirty-seven pieces of evidence were formed from three aspects: the responsibilities of Multi Disciplinary Team, the assessment of facial burn patients, and the care of facial burn patients. Conclusion: The results of this study can assist clinical nurses to manage facial burn patients and provide evidence for improving the quality of care.
