In the critical period to build a healthy China, the National Health Commission issued a series of documents aimed at comprehensively improving medical quality and patient satisfaction as well as their experience. Infection prevention and control is both fundamental and important to ensure medical quality. Nursing managers should enhance their awareness and make the best of their leadership to encourage nurses to engage in the work of infection prevention and control so that infections like catheter-associated infection and surgical site infection could be reduced and the influence and value of nursing be enhanced.

This article elaborates on the roles of the Infection Control Link Nurses in ward infection prevention and control from the perspectives of promoting the implementation of infection control measures, encouraging the participation of various personnel in infection control practices, and influencing organizational culture and others' behavior. It also summarizes the development direction of the Infection Control Link Nurses in the future.

Effects of the nursing-led multi-department management on the quality of blood culture specimens

Objective: To explore the effects of the nurse-led multi-department management on the quality of blood culture specimens to provide reference for clinical nursing practice and quality improvement. Methods: A nurse-led multi-department management team was established to carry out quality improvement. The blood culture sample inspection rate, qualification rate, contamination rate, and the changes of nursing staff?'s knowledge and practice of blood culture before and after the implementation of the measures were compared. Results: The blood culture submission rate and the qualified rate of May and June 2023 were 19.1% and 61.3%, respectively, which were higher than 4.7% and 35.6% in 2022, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The pollution rate in 2023 and 2022 was 2.9% and 3.8%, respectively, showing a decreasing trend. The scores of nurses' knowledge and behavior related to blood culture in 2023 were 12.69±2.81, 5.89±0.44 and 36.73±3.40, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in 2018 (7.89±2.79, 5.82±0.52, 30.81±4.35), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality improvement strategy carried out by the nurse-led multi-department management can improve the rate of blood culture submission and qualification, reduce blood culture contamination, improve nurses' knowledge and practice, demonstrating the significant roles of nursing staff in the prevention and control of hospital infection.

Objective: To investigate the status quo of nurses' knowledge about the prevention and control of catheter-related infection, so as to provide reference for improving nurses' knowledge about the prevention and control of catheter-related infection. Methods: From July 12 to August 12, 2023, a self-designed questionnaire on prevention and control of catheter-related infection was used, and the questionnaire was distributed to clinical nurses, nursing managers and full-time nursing staff through the platform of the Infection Prevention and Control Committee of Chinese Nursing Association. Results: Among the 11 questions, there were 5 questions with 50% correct answers and only 3 questions with 80% correct answers. The highest correct rate is the disinfection method of infusion joint (97.49%), and the lower correct rate is the dilution of normal saline before sputum aspiration (19.80%), the cleaning and disinfection of indwelling catheter (19.06%), the regular air bag deflation of patients with tracheal intubation (15.51%), and the bladder function exercise before pulling out the catheter (9.97%). There was statistical significance in comparing the length of service, professional titles and positions of nurses in hospitals with different grades (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nurses' practical knowledge of prevention and control of catheter-related infection needs to be improved, and evidence-based ability and related knowledge training need to be strengthened.

This paper reviews the development status of ICU infection control nurses and the five professional value roles (educator, manager, liaison, monitor, researcher), and proposes thoughts and inspirations for the development of ICU infection control nurses in China, including paying attention to their clinical value, clarify their roles and functions, improve their training and assessment system, thereby providing reference for the future construction of domestic infection control nurse talent team, and better playing the role of ICU infection control nurses in hospital infection prevention and control, with a view to effectively. It provides a basis for reducing the incidence of hospital infections in the ICU, improving the survival outcomes of ICU patients, and further leading China hospital infection prevention and control towards a professional development track.

Objective: To explore the common issues in the tertiary quality control of Central Line-Associated Blood Stream Infections (CLABSI) in ICUs of tertiary grade A hospital, and to provide basis for further development of intervention measures and continuous improvement of nursing quality. Methods: Based on the Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure model and referring to the four guideline scales in the Quality Control Toolkit for the Prevention of Intravascular Catheter-related Bloodstream Infections (Recommended version), We make the questionnaire about the nursing pratices of the prevention and control of bloodstream infections associated with ICU central venous catheters. From September to October 2023, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the members of the hospital Infection Prevention and Control Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association and their organizations in the ICU of tertiary grade A hospital. Results: A total of 215 ICUs in 129 hospitals participated in the survey. Among the dimensions of nursing practice structure, 156 ICUs (72.56%) conducted regular sensory control training. In the process dimension, the nurse implementation rate was lower than 80% in 9 projects (28.13%), of which 52 ICUs (24.19%) used ultrasound guidance during CVC puncture, 59 ICUs (27.44%) used the guideline recommended Selectol fixed catheter, and 55 ICUs (25.58%) used glucochlorhexidine antibacterial dressing. The incidence of CLABSI was reported in 193 ICUs (89.77%). Conclusion: At present, the structure, process, and results of CLABSI focused catheter catheterization and maintenance for prevention and control are involved, but it is found that no homogeneous prevention and control measures have been formed in clinical practice. It is suggested to further strengthen the process quality control management to better improve the quality of nursing.

Effects of Virtual Reality mindfulness training on negative emotion management and fatigue in patients with ovarian cancer during chemotherapy

Objective: To explore the effects of Virtual Reality mindfulness training on negative emotion and fatigue of ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy, in order to improve the level of negative emotional management and reduce fatigue in ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A mindfulness training software was designed and developed through Virtual Reality technology. Using convenience sampling method, 25 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy who were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Beijing from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. A one week mindfulness training based on Virtual Reality technology was conducted to evaluate the acceptance of mindfulness training using Virtual Reality technology. The anxiety, depression, and fatigue of patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results: The Virtual Reality mindfulness training involved four functional modules: personalized courses, intelligent monitoring, emotion tracking and interesting games. The acceptance score of the training program was high (164.68±9.28). After training, the scores of anxiety, depression and cancer-related fatigue in ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy has decreased. Conclusion: The Virtual Reality mindfulness training is highly acceptable in ovarian cancer patients at the stage of chemotherapy. The training application can reduce the negative emotion and fatigue degree of ovarian cancer patients at the stage of chemotherapy, and it is worth of further promotion.

Analysis of risk factors for arm infusion port complications in tumor patients

Objective: To explore the risk factors for arm infusion port complications in tumor patients during the port carrying, and provide the scientific basis for the clinical formulation of preventive nursing measures. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the general data and arm port maintenance information data of 259 patients carrying arm ports, and single-factor and multi-factor analysis were used to analyze the risk factors for complications during arm port carrying in oncology patients according to whether complications occurred during the port carrying period, and proposed nursing countermeasures. Results: The complication rate of arm infusion port was 33.6% among 259 patients with port-led tumors, mainly infection, catheter blockage, catheter-related thrombosis, and catheter displacement. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥60 years, BMI≥24.0 kg/m2, other chronic diseases, and time with port >12 months were the risk factors for arm infusion port complications in tumor patients with port (P<0.05). Conclusion: The risk of arm infusion port complications in tumor patients with port is related to factors such as age, BMI, other chronic diseases, and time of port delivery, and targeted nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with port and improve the quality of life of patients.

Development and application of a volume management scheme for patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective: To construct a volume management scheme for patients with maintenance hemodialysis and to evaluate its effect. Methods: A volume management scheme for patients with maintenance hemodialysis was established under the guidance of Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (IKAP) theory through literature review, expert consultation and pilot study. Ninety-six patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the blood purification center of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanchang city from June to December 2022 were conveniently recruited. The patients were divided into the experimental group or the control group by tossing a coin. Patients in the control group received routine care, and patients in the interventional group were given volume management programme. The interventional effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After 3 months, the volume management ability, self-efficacy, interdialytic daily weight gain and the incidence of common acute complications of dialysis of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The volume management scheme for maintenance hemodialysis patients established in this study is scientific and feasible, and has guiding significance for the volume management of this patient.

Objective: To translate and cross-culturally adapt the health education impact Questionnaire (heiQ) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among patients with chronic diseases. Methods: The Chinese version of heiQ (heiQ-C) was developed in strict accordance with the Translation Integrity Procedure after the author's authorization, and 413 patients with chronic diseases were included from a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanghai to test its reliability and validity by convenience sampling. Results: The heiQ-C consisted of 40 items and 8 subscales. The Content Validity Index of the Scale (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.956, and the Content Validity Index (CVI) of each item ranged from 0.880 to 1.000. According to the structure of the original scale, the confirmatory factor analysis results of the heiQ-C showed that the modified eight-factor model fitted well with good model fitting index. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the whole heiQ-C was 0.840, and for each subscale ranged from 0.714 to 0.900. The overall composite reliability of the heiQ-C was 0.810, and for each subscale ranged from 0.750 to 0.895. Conclusion: The heiQ-C has good reliability and validity among patients with chronic diseases, and it can be used to evaluate health education impact for patients with chronic diseases in China.

Status quo and influencing factors of self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective: To evaluate the self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), so as to provide references for formulating targeted cardiac rehabilitation exercise plan for patients after PCI. Methods: Totally 241 inpatients in the Department of Cardiology of a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing were conveniently selected from January to October, 2022. The survey tools included the general information questionnaire, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Self-efficacy Scale, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Knowledge and Attitude Questionnaire for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction, and the Family Resilience Assessment Scale. Results: The score of self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients after PCI was 41.16±8.41, the total scores of knowledge and attitude about cardiac rehabilitation, family resilience, duration of coronary heart disease, smoking history, education level, family monthly income, and the history of coronary heart disease in direct relatives were the influencing factors of self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients after PCI (P<0.05), with an explanatory variance of 54.1%. Conclusion: The self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients after PCI is not good, especially the patients with low level of knowledge and attitude of cardiac rehabilitation, low family resilience, short course of coronary heart disease, low family monthly income, low education level, no smoking history and the history of myocardial infarction in direct relatives, medical staff should attach importance to the intervention of self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in these patients.

Home recuperation experience of lung cancer patients with immunochemotherapy: a qualitative study

Objective: To explore the experience of lung cancer patients adopting immunochemotherapy during home recuperation. Methods: A semi-structured interview was conducted among 12 lung cancer patients who received immunochemothrapy. Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results: The patients' home recuperation experience was summarized into 4 themes: the perceived symptom distress; complex psychological feelings; the diversified effects; inner expectations and needs. Conclusion: Patients with lung cancer who use immunochemotherapy have various issues during home recuperation. It is necessary to cooperate and support from many parties, including medical staff, family members and relevant departments, to strengthen and improve the symptom management and continuous care of patients during home recuperation, providing personalized positive psychological intervention. It is expected to strengthen the supportive care of patients, reduce the adverse disease experience of patients, adapt to the life after the disease better, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Construction of safe medication standard for cancer intravenous chemotherapy

Objective: To construct a set of safe medication standard for cancer intravenous chemotherapy, which involves the participation of multidisciplinary team and covers the entire process of chemotherapy medication usage, and to provide a reference for the standardized use of chemotherapy drugs. Methods: Based on WuLi-ShiLi-RenLi Approach, the first draft of the standard was formed by the literature research method. The consultation draft was formulated by discussing and revising the first draft through the expert meeting. And the final draft was determined by Delphi expert consultation. Results: A total of 18 experts were consulted in three rounds of expert consultation. The recovery rate of the questionnaire in the three rounds of consultations were all 100%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.895, 0.890 and 0.885. The Kendall coordination coefficients of the total items were 0.147-0.166 (all P<0.001). The operability Kendall coordination coefficients of the third-level items were 0.168-0.207 (all P<0.001). The safe medication standard of intravenous chemotherapy for cancer contained 4 first-level items (staff, environment, process, monitoring and follow-up), 14 second-level items, 47 third-level items, and 36 item descriptions. Conclusion: The safe medication standard for cancer intravenous chemotherapy constructed in this study included the requirements of the multidisciplinary members of "medicine-pharmacy-nursing", which consist of staff qualifications, medication environment, medication process, monitoring and follow-up. The standard facilitates multidisciplinary communication and collaboration in the practice of intravenous chemotherapy, promotes the standardization and homogenization of the chemotherapy medication process, and ensures the safety of chemotherapy medication for patients.

Construction and application of a remote management APP for mental health of pregnant women with fetal abnormalities during pregnancy termination

Objective: Design a remote management APP for mental health of pregnant women with fetal abnormalities during pregnancy termination, and evaluate its usability and application effect, in order to provide continuous psychological and social support and alleviate their negative emotions. Methods: Based on psychosocial intervention program for women undergoing termination of pregnancy for fetal abnormalities, the psychological, social, and information support in the intervention program was transformed into an APP. Formative and summative usability evaluations were conducted by using focus group discussion and System Usability Scale. Measure the levels of depression and social support of the intervention group and control group. Results: The main parts of the APP include stage assessment, psychological support, peer support, and information support. The summative usability evaluation is good, and the levels of depression and social support in the intervention group after using the APP were significantly improved than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The APP is user centered, and realizes intelligent continuous care, which helps to effectively reduce pregnant women's depression, improve social support level, and promote the mental health management of pregnant women with fetal abnormalities during pregnancy termination.

Objective: To conduct a scoping review of the application of mHealth for loneliness of older adults. This review aimed to explore the carriers, contents, and effects of mHealth interventions and provide a reference for developing effective interventions for loneliness in older adults. Methods: Based on the methodological framework of the Joanna Briggs Institute Scope Review Guide, we systematically searched PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastru cture, WanFang Database, and SinoMed from their inception to February 5, 2023. Data was independently screened and extracted by 2 researchers. Results: A total of 18 articles were included. The interventions of the application of mHealth for loneliness consisted of providing health guidance, improving social support, psychological interventions, and teaching older adults how to use mobile devices. Outcome indicators included the validity and feasibility of the intervention. Conclusion: The application of mHealth in improving the loneliness of older adults is feasible and has positive effects. It is suggested that mHealth platforms can be developed incorporating multidisciplinary cooperation to improve the loneliness of older population.

Evidence summary for the prevention and management of catheter displacement of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy

Objective: To summarize the available evidence on the prevention and management of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) catheter displacement, and provide a reference to the management of PEG. Methods: Evidence of PEG catheter displacement was retrieved from UPToDate, Embase, CNKI and other databases from inception to April 1, 2023. The quality of the included literature was evaluated, data were extracted and form evidence. Results: A total of 10 literature were included, including 7 guidelines, 1 expert consensus, 1 recommended practice, and 1 clinical decision. Totally 26 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects: establishment of multidisciplinary management team, prevention measures for perioperative catheter displacement, management of postoperative pipeline, determination of catheter location, management of catheter displacement, health education and follow-up. Conclusion: The summarized evidence on the prevention and management of PEG catheter displacement can be applied to clinical practice and promote the standardized management of PEG.

Impact of decision aids on the treatment decision-making in elderly patients: a Meta-analysis

Objective: To evaluate the impact of decision aids on the treatment decision-making in elderly patients, with the aim of providing evidence support for healthcare professionals to carry out the application of decision aids in clinical settings. Methods: Computerized search of Chinese and English databases for Randomized Controlled Trials on the effects of decision aids on treatment decision-making in elderly patients. The search period was from November 2012 to November 2022. After independent review of literature, data extraction and literature quality assessment by two investigators, data were Meta-analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: Totally 12 researches with a total of 1317 elderly patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that decision aids could reduce the level of decision conflict, increase decision knowledge (P<0.05), but there was no statistic significance in reducing decision regret and improving decision satisfaction in elderly patients (P>0.05). Conclusion: Decision aids can improve the quality of decision-making in elderly patients, there are still controversies on reducing decision regret and improving decision satisfaction in the older adults, and it is recommended that more large-scale, high-quality studies be conducted in the future to further verify their effectiveness.

Evidence summary for prevention and management of complications of arteriovenous graft in hemodialysis patients

Objective: To search, evaluate, and summarize the evidence for the prevention and management of complications related to arteriovenous graft in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: A systematic search was conducted in UpToDate, BMJ best clinical practices, JBI, AHRQ, SIGN, PubMed, CNKI, Chinese Medical Journal full-text database, Yimaitong, WanFang database, and VIP database to find the relevant literature related to the prevention and management of complications of arteriovenous graft in patients with hemodialysis, including clinical decision-making, evidence summary, guidelines, expert consensus, systematic evaluation, randomized controlled trial, etc. The retrieval time limit is from the establishment of the database to June 30, 2023. Professional evidence-based nursing staff evaluated the quality of the included articles and extracted and summarized evidence. Results: A total of 15 articles were included, including seven clinical decision-making, five guidelines, one expert consensus, one queue research article and one randomized controlled trial. Based on the suggestions of clinical professionals, five topics were summarized, and 33 evidence items were included, including perioperative management, monitoring and screening, usage and maintenance, personnel and training, and health education. Conclusion: The evidence for the prevention and management of arteriovenous graft complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients summarized in this study is comprehensive and scientific, providing evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff to standardize the management of arteriovenous graft.

Effects of exercise on physical function and quality of life in patients with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant: a Meta-analysis

Objective: To summarize the effects of exercise on physical function and quality of life of patients with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) with a meta-analysis, so as to provide a reference for formulating an effective exercise program for patients with HSCT. Methods: Randomized controlled trials on the effects of exercise on patients with HSCT were systematically searched from 9 databases in Chinese or English, and the time was from the establishment of the database to December 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the quality of the literature, and the Review Manager 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 13 studies were included, and the results of meta-analysis showed that exercise could increase 6-minute walking distance [MD=35.36, 95%CI (16.91, 55.80), P<0.001], improve quality of life [SMD=0.29, 95%CI (0.14, 0.44), P<0.001], while there was no effects in improving peak oxygen uptake [SMD=0.42, 95%CI(-0.12, 0.95), P=0.13] and hand grip [SMD=0.10, 95%CI(-0.08, 0.29), P=0.26]. Conclusions: Exercise can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of patients with HSCT, but on effects on improving aerobic metabolism and upper limb muscle strength, and more high-quality studies are needed to demonstrate the results in the future.

Objective: To select and summarize the evidence for the care of adults with facial burns and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: The clinical decisions, guidelines, evidence summaries, best practices, expert consensus and systematic reviews on the assessment and care of facial burn patients in domestic and foreign guide and professional association websites and databases were searched by computer. The search period was from the establishment of databases to March 31, 2023. Quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out to the included literature. Results: A total of 17 literature were included, including 2 guidelines, 11 evidence summaries, 2 expert consensus articles and 2 systematic reviews. Thirty-seven pieces of evidence were formed from three aspects: the responsibilities of Multi Disciplinary Team, the assessment of facial burn patients, and the care of facial burn patients. Conclusion: The results of this study can assist clinical nurses to manage facial burn patients and provide evidence for improving the quality of care.

Summary of evidence on bone marrow cavity infusion in adult cardiac arrest patients

Objective: To retrieve the relevant evidence and recent progress of bone marrow cavity infusion therapy for adult cardiac arrest patients, and to summarize the evidence, and then to provide a reference basis for standardizing clinical practice and optimizing the establishment of vascular access in adult cardiac arrest patients. Methods: A systematic search of national and international databases for all evidence on the treatment of adult cardiac arrest patients with bone marrow cavity infusion was conducted with a time frame of construction to May 1, 2023, and the quality of the included literature was independently evaluated, and the evidence was extracted and summarized. Results: A total of 11 papers were included, including 2 guidelines, 3 expert consensus papers, 2 systematic evaluations, 1 evidence summary and 3 RCTs. Eighteen pieces of evidence were summarized in six areas: personnel organization and management, timing of creation and removal, puncture site, pain management, prevention of complications, and effectiveness of tube placement and infusion. Conclusion: This study summarizes the evidence on bone marrow cavity infusion in adult cardiac arrest patients, which can provide a reference basis for healthcare professionals to use bone marrow cavity infusion correctly, but the evidence should also be applied in a targeted manner in clinical practice, so as to improve the efficacy and safety of bone marrow cavity infusion therapy in cardiac arrest patients.

Objective: To understand the current situation of job crafting among nurses in emergency departments of tertiary grade A hospitals from Sichuan-Chongqing region of China and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 562 emergency department nurses in 18 tertiary grade A hospitals from Sichuan-Chongqing region China from May to July, 2023 by using the job crafting scale, the leisure crafting scale, the psychological capital questionnaire, the decent work perception scale, and the psychological detachment scale. The influencing factors of job crafting were analyzed. Results: The total score of emergency department nurses' job crafting was 61.80±10.52. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional titles, working years, leisure crafting, psychological capital, decent work perception, and psychological detachment were the main factors influencing job crafting of emergency department nurses (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Emergency department nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals reported moderate to higher level of job crafting which is affected by several factors. Nursing managers should pay attention to emergency department nurses with junior titles and low working years, and encourage them to participate in activities of leisure crafting, and improve their decent work perception and psychological capital, and strengthen intervention of psychological detachment, so as to further improve the job crafting level of emergency department nurses.

Objective: To translate the Japanese version of the Team Job Crafting Scale for Nurses (TJCS-N) into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of TJCS-N. Methods: The Japanese version of TJCS-N was translated and cross-culturally adapted to form a Chinese version of the scale. By convenience sampling method, 578 clinical nursing staff from five tertiary grade A hospitals in Anhui province were selected to carry out the survey, testing the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The Chinese version of TJCS-N had 2 dimensions and 13 items. The Cronbach's α coefficient, split-half coefficient and test-retest coefficient were 0.945, 0.872 and 0.925, respectively, the I-CVI of the scale was from 0.778 to 1.000, and the S-CVI was 0.923. Totally two common factors were extracted by the exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative variance contributing 69.415%. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model had good fit. Conclusion: The Chinese version of TJCS-N has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the team job crafting behavior of Chinese nurse population.

Career planning and its influencing factors among operating room nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai

Objective: To investigate the career planning among operating room nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for nursing human resource management. Methods: A total of 730 operating room nurses from 4 tertiary grade A general hospitals and 4 tertiary grade A specialized hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling method from February to May 2021, and the survey was carried out by general information questionnaire, career planning scale and career management scale for nursing staff. The influencing factors of career planning were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results: The score of career planning was 42.57±7.95, with a middle level. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the characteristics of hospital, working years in operating room, promotion equity, career development promotion and career information provision were the related factors of career planning (P<0.05), with a explanatory variance of 57.1%. Conclusion: A well-organized career management has a positive impact on the career planning of nursing staff in operating room. The organization should help nurses to strengthen their awareness of career self-planning, effectively help them to clarify the phased goals of different careers phases, and provide opportunities for education and training, build a supporting platform for their career development.

As is known to all, initial achievement has been obtained when Pelvic Floor Muscle Training is applied to the prevention and treatment of low anterior excision syndrome in patients with rectal cancer. Therefore, this paper aims to review the application and influencing factors of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training in the low anterior resection syndrome of patients with rectal cancer after sphincter-saving surgery, and to explore and analyze the shortcomings and prospects of existing studies in the hope of providing references for the implementation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training programs for patients with rectal cancer in the future.

Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of intuitive eating behaviors among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight and obese. Methods: We enrolled 220 pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight and obese admitted to a tertiary grade A gynecology and obstetrics hospital in Nanjing for delivery as the study subjects in June 2022. The questionnaires included general information questionnaire, Intuitive Eating Scale-2, Nutrition Literacy Assessment Instrument for Pregnant Women, Perceived Social Support Scale and Multi-dimensional Health Locus of Control. The factors influencing intuitive eating behavior among pre-pregnancy overweight and obese pregnant women were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: The score of intuitive eating behaviors among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight and obese was (76.27±6.64). Age, with or without pregnancy complications, eating speed, whether or not to watch electronic devices while eating during pregnancy, the level of nutritional literacy during pregnancy, the level of perceived social support, and powerful others health locus of control were the influencing factors of the intuitive eating behaviors among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight and obese, which could explain 41.1% of the total variance (P<0.001). Conclusion: The intuitive eating behaviors among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy overweight and obese are at an intermediate level. Nursing professionals should focus on those who are in advanced age, with pregnancy complications among this group. Interventions should also be targeted at influencing factors to promote the establishment of intuitive eating behaviors.

Objective: To establish an in-hospital nutrition management scheme for patients with chronic heart failure and evaluate the application effects, so as to guide the clinic work. Methods: Patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the cardiovascular department of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Ningbo were selected as the study participants. Thirty patients admitted from January to April 2022 were selected as the experimental group, and receive the in-hospital nutrition management program of chronic heart failure, which was developed by a multidisciplinary team. And thirty patients admitted from October to December 2021 were selected as the control group, who were given conventional treatment and nutrition. The Mini-nutritional Assessment Short Form (MNA-SF), albumin index, NT-pro-BNP, length of hospital stay and 30d readmission rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, MNA-SF scores and albumin value in the two groups increased first, and then decreased. The scores of MNA-SF, albumin value and NT-pro-BNP value in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The duration of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group. The 30d readmission rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: In-hospital nutrition management program can improve the nutritional status and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure, shorten hospital stay and reduce 30d readmission rate, which can provide reference for clinical nutrition management of chronic heart failure.
