Abstract: Objective: To summarize the evidence of pulmonary rehabilitation management in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) patients, and to provide references for the clinical nursing practice. Methods: Related literature in databases, guide websites, association websites at home and abroad were systematically searched from the establishment of the database until November 2, 2022, and the evidence recommendation system of JBI evidence-based health care center were adopted for literature quality evaluation, evidence extraction and recommendation level evaluation. Results: A total of 14 literatures were included with 5 guidelines, 2 systematic reviews, 1 expert consensus, 2 position statements, 1 expert recommendation and 3 randomized control trials. Eighteen items of evidence on 8 topics were summarized, including the effectiveness and safety of pulmonary rehabilitation, assessment for the patients, rehabilitation opportunity and place, content of pulmonary rehabilitation, precautions during exercise training, effect evaluation indicators, professional team and patient education. Conclusion: This study summarized the evidence on pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with IPF and provided evidence-based reference for the management of pulmonary rehabilitation of patients.
