Abstract: Objective: To explore the cognition and practice of gynecological medical staff on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), and explore the obstacles of clinical practice of ERAS. Methods: Qualitative research methods were adopted. The medical staff of gynecology department from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Beijing were selected for semi-structured interviews using purposive sampling method. Subject analysis was performed to analyze the interview data. ATLAS. ti 8 software was applied for data management, coding and induction. Results: Based on Theoretical Domains Framework, three obstacles to clinical application of ERAS were summarized: understanding and obstaining of ERAS knowledge, professional collaboration and support, the atmosphere and resource of ERAS practice. Conclusion: Clinical medical staff can take effective measures and strategies to encourage the application of ERAS, so as to improve the quality of perioperative medical services for gynecological patients and accelerate the recovery of patients.
