Abstract: Against the background of an increasingly obvious population aging trend, social frailty as one of the important dimensions of frailty, plays an important role in regulating and predicting related adverse health outcomes. This article summarizes and analyzes the assessment content, assessment methods and application of commonly used social frailty assessment tools at home and abroad, aiming to provide reference for medical staff to select the appropriate social frailty assessment tools.
