Humanistic literacy training model of nursing postgraduates with professional degree based on the concept of empathy

Abstract: This paper introduces the humanistic literacy training model of nursing postgraduates with professional degree based on the concept of empathy, focusing on the three stages including admission education, theoretical learning and clinical practice. We hope this model could provide useful perspectives and reference for continuously improving the training quality of nursing graduate students with professional degree in China.
