Construction of evaluation index system for midwifery specialist nurses training effect

Abstract: Objective: To establish an evaluation index system for midwifery specialist nurses training effect, and to provide reference for midwifery specialist nurses training. Methods: Taking the Kirkpatrick's Model as the theoretical framework, the literature review method, Delphi expert consulting method and analytic hierarchy method were used to screen the indicators and determine the weight of the indicators. Results: The effective questionnaire return rate of the two rounds of consultation were 100%. The authority coefficients were 0.845 and 0.859 respectively, and the consulting coordination coefficient Kendall's W values were 0.295 and 0.400 respectively. The training effect evaluation index system included 4 primary indicators, 14 secondary indicators and 72 tertiary indicators. Conclusion: The evaluation index system is reliable and practical, which can provide reference for evaluating the training effect of midwifery specialist nurses.
