Abstract: Failure to establish lactation is not conducive to maintaining lactation volume, leading to premature cessation of pure breastfeeding in parturients. This article reviews the related concepts, evaluation methods, influencing factors and intervention strategies of lactation establishment, aiming at providing references for clinical medical staff to formulate corresponding intervention measures, and to promote the establishment of parturient lactation.
