Abstract: The diet habits of patients after weight loss metabolism will affect the weight loss effect and health status of patients, which is an important problem faced by clinical medical staff. This artical aims to review the evaluation tools and research status of dietary compliance of patients after weight reduction and metabolism, analyze the factors affecting dietary compliance of patients after weight reduction and metabolism, and elaborate the intervention measures to improve dietary compliance, so as to provide reference for the intervention measures to improve dietary compliance of patients after weight reduction and metabolism.
