Abstract: Objective: To construct a co-management care model from Online to Offline (O2O care model) for breast cancer patients at home receiving wound catheter with nurses as the core, so as to provide a reference for the implementation of comprehensive home care for this population. Methods: Literature analysis and Delphi expert letter consultation were used to construct the O2O care model for breast cancer patients with wound catheter, which was nurse-centered, multidisciplinary collaboration, involving patients, family caregivers, volunteers, and various media. Results: The authority coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation reached 0.8 and above. The final care model included 4 first-level items (core links, care services, implementation pathways and role functions), 17 second-level items and 56 third-level items. Conclusion: It is scientific, practical and feasible to construct the O2O care model with nurses as the core of the home care team for postoperative breast cancer patients with wound catheter, which can improve the comprehensive and full-cycle treatment of breast cancer patients.
