Abstract: Objective: To conduct a scoping review of studies on the application of physical rehabilitation in breast cancer survivors to provide a basis for future physical rehabilitation. Methods: Using the Joanna Briggs Institute scoping review guidelines as a methodological framework, eight English and Chinese databases were searched from the establishment of the database to February 1, 2022. Results: Twenty papers were included to comprehensively summarize the type, time, frequency, intervention period, intensity and monitoring modalities, interventionists, and adherence support measures for physical rehabilitation. Outcome indicators mainly involved physiological indicators, negative emotions and quality of life. Conclusion: Physical rehabilitation has a positive impact on breast cancer survivors. Future studies need to explore strategies for individualized physical rehabilitation based on the physical condition and exercise preference of breast cancer survivors, adopt supportive measures to improve survivors' compliance and evaluate the effects of exercise using a comprehensive scientific index system.
