Abstract: At present, ventricular arrhythmia is still one of the main factors of morbidity and mortality in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Nurses, as a member of multidisciplinary team, play an important role in the management of patients with ventricular arrhythmia. This paper reviews the current situation of multidisciplinary management team management for ventricular arrhythmia, and nurses' role in the team, its research progress as well as the future development direction, in order to provide reference for the development of relevant fields in China.
