集束化护理在留置鼻胃管患者中的应用效果研究

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of bundled care in improving comfort in patients with indwelling nasogastric tubes. Methods: Totally 60 patients with indwelling nasogastric tube in the gastroenterology of one general hospital were included from February to June 2021. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group (n=30) received routine care, while patients in the experimental group (n=30) received bundled care. Results: The percentage of incidence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The percentage of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The bundled care for patients can effectively improve patient comfort and enhance patient satisfaction.
