Abstract: Objective: To summarise the evidence for accelerated recovery management of patients undergoing Transhepatic Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE), with a view to raising the awareness of medical staff, patients and families and reducing complications. Methods: After a systematic search of relevant literature in national and international databases according to the 6S pyramid model, two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included studies and extracted the evidence for inductive analysis. Results: Totally 14 articles were accepted, including 4 guidelines, 5 expert consensus articles, 1 evidence summary, 1 randomized controlled trial, 1 case-control, and 2 Meta-analyses, resulting in 27 pieces of best evidence which could be classified into three aspects: "preoperative health education and management", "management of complications", and "timing, safety and necessity of early activity". Conclusion: It is safe and necessary to strengthen preoperative health education for TACE, implement timely prevention and intervention of complications, and encourage patients to be active early after surgery, which can provide reference for clinical development of accelerated rehabilitation.
