Abstract: Shared vision is to promote team cooperation and communication by establishing a common goal and helping team members reach a consensus. This paper reviewed the concept of shared vision, influencing factors and application strategies in case management multidisciplinary teams. It is expected to provide reference for medical staff to carry out case management and related research.
