Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current situation of young nurses' health beliefs and analyze the influencing factors to provide basis for intervention. Methods: Using the convenient sampling method, 557 nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing were selected from October to November 2020. The general information questionnaire, Multi-dimensional Health Belief Scale, Wallston Health Value Scale and Perceived Organizational Support Scale were used for cross-sectional survey, and the factors affecting the health belief of young nurses were determined by multiple linear regression. Results: The young nurses' health belief score was 117.87±17.02. Willing to be a health model, organization support and title were important factors affecting the health belief of young nurses, accounting for 26.7% of the total variation of health belief. Conclusion: The health belief level of young nurses is above the middle level. Nursing managers should actively mobilize the internal driving force of nurses, enhance their willingness to become health models, and give sufficient organizational support to improve their health belief level, so as to give better play to the role of health promotion.
