医疗失效模式与效应分析在术中获得性压力性损伤风险管理中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the application of Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) in the risk management of Intraoperation-Acquired Pressure Injury (IAPI). Methods: Established a HFMEA work team of IAPI project, made work flow chart, found out the failure mode in the risk management of IAPI, analyzed the potential root reasons, developed action plan and implementation, and evaluated the effect. Results: After applying HFMEA, the accuracy of IAPI risk assessment, the standard rate of using pressure-lowering pads and the standard rate of body position placement were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the incidence of IAPI was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of HFMEA in the risk management of IAPI can effectively help standardize the management process of IAPI prevention and decrease the incidence of IAPI, ensure patient safety.
