Indicators for comprehensive evaluation of health management in patients with chronic heart failure: an evidence summary

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the best evidence of indicators for comprehensive evaluation of health management in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: A systematic review was performed utilizing NGC, SIGN, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang and CBM Database from inception to January 2021. The clinical guidelines, expert consensus, systematic review and original studies that met the standards were included, screened and extracted, and the literature quality was evaluated. Results: A total of 22 studies were included. Based on the framework of health ecology model, all the evidence is summarized into 35 pieces focused on four aspects: individual patients, medical and health services, social environment and health economics, and 17 pieces were recommended for grade A and 18 pieces were recommended for grade B. Conclusion: The effectiveness of health management in patients with chronic heart failure can be evaluated based on evidence to promote the development of health management models.
