Abstract: Based on the analysis of the causes of postoperative recurrence in patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis, the intelligent health management software APP was designed and developed. This APP contains six modules: "Knowledge Education, Weekly Symptom Self-Assessment, Medication Review Reminder, Circle Ranking, Interactive Platform, Questionnaire", which can enhance patients' understanding of disease knowledge, make up for the deficiency of traditional health education, and promote patient compliance. The improvement of medication compliance can effectively reduce the probability of recurrence of sinusitis, thereby reducing the economic burden of patients, and achieving a health care system that is closely linked to medical care. It is suggested that the method to be applied widely in the future.
