Abstract: From 2016 to 2017, simulation teaching based on multi-disciplinary cooperation was delivered to masters of nursing specialist in clinical thinking training course. The simulation cases were adapted from clinical real cases of hemorrhage after cesarean section, and the cases reflected the cooperation of the doctors and nurses in maternity, ICU, pediatric departments to train the clinical thinking of students. Through two years of teaching practice, a perfect situational simulation script and video were formed. Students summarized seven professional questions from cases after simulated teaching reflection. Simulation teaching based on multi-disciplinary cooperation is benefit for the development of the clinical thinking for masters of nursing specialist.
