Abstract: With the in-depth studies of health education theories, scholars have recognized structured education. Structured education is especially effective among patients with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. This article reviewed literature about the application of structured education among patients with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, aimed to provide references for developing health education programs of patients with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus to reduce patients' complications and improve their quality of life.
