Abstract: This paper analyzes the benefits and challenges of oncology nurses participating in the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) from the perspective of nurses, and puts forward the corresponding coping strategies to encourage the nurses to adapt to the development trend, respond to the challenges actively, and play a core role in the MDT.
