Abstract: Kidney transplant patients have some degree of decisional conflicts in medical decision-making process, and serious decisional conflicts can hinder the formation of medical decision-making and have negative effects on the treatment of patients. This paper summarizes the concept of decision-making conflict, the current situation at home and abroad, the evaluation tools, influencing factors of kidney transplant patients, and proposed some suggestions and countermeasures, so as to provide references for further research on decision-making conflicts and the resolution of related problems in China.
