Effects of narrative nursing on anxiety, depression and well-being of patients during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

摘要： 目的：分析叙事护理对造血干细胞移植患者移植期间的焦虑、抑郁及幸福感的影响。方法：将58例异体基因造血干细胞移植患者随机分为干预组和对照组各29例。对照组实施常规护理，干预组在此基础上实施叙事护理。比较两组患者在干预前后的焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分、总体幸福感得分。结果：干预组患者在实施叙事护理后，焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；总体幸福感得分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对异基因造血干细胞移植患者行叙事护理，可有效缓解其移植期间焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，并可提高患者总体幸福感。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of narrative nursing on anxiety, depression and well-being in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during transplantation period. Methods: Totally 58 patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were randomly divided into intervention group (n=29) and control group (n=29). The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given narrative nursing on this basis. The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and general well-being were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The overall well-being score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Narrative nursing for patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can effectively relieve their negative emotions such as anxiety and depression during transplantation and improve the overall well-being of patients.
