甘肃省区域化消毒供应中心人力资源配置及对外服务现状调查

Survey on the status of human resource and external service of regional Central Sterile Supply Departments in Gansu province

摘要: 目的:调查甘肃省区域化消毒供应中心人力资源配置现状及开展对外服务的相关情况。方法:采用现场查看、问卷调查的方式,对甘肃省78所医院区域化消毒供应中心的人力资源配置及对外服务情况进行调查分析。结果:78所医院区域化消毒供应中心689名专业人员中,护士与非护士比为7.4∶1,工作人员年龄≤30岁的占38.90%,工作人员从事消毒供应工作年限≤5年的占62.55%,初级职称者占74.02%,大专及以上学历者占81.71%;参加省内和省外培训不足每年1次/人的分别占94.05%和98.11%;对外业务阻碍因素主要有路途遥远及运输不便(42.31%)、对方医疗机构不愿意送消(46.15%)。结论:甘肃省区域化消毒供应中心人力资源配置尚须进一步优化;应开展具有针对性的专业化岗位培训;完善对外服务管理制度,实现医疗资源共享,发挥区域化消毒供应中心的作用,保证医疗安全。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the current situation of human resource and external service of the Gansu Provincial regional Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSD). Methods: Using on-site inspection and questionnaire survey, the current situation of human resource and external service in 78 CSSD in Gansu province was investigated and analyzed. Results: The ratio of nurses to non-nurses was 7.4?:?1 in the 689 professionals. Among the nurses, 38.90 percent staff were younger than 30 years old, and 62.55 percent of them working time were no more than 5 years. Junior professional titles accounted for 74.02%, college degree or above accounted for 81.71%, participated in provincial and out-of-province training less than one time per year accounted for 94.05% and 98.11%, respectively. The main obstacles to external business were long distance, inconvenient transportation, and the other medical institution was unwilling to send for disinfection, accounted for 42.31% and 46.15%, respectively. Conclusion: The human resources for regional CSSD in Gansu province needs-to be futher optimized. We suggest carrying out targeted professional job training according to the staff's educational level and job requirements. In addition, we suggest improving the external service management system to realize the sharing of medical resources, give play to the role of regional CSSD, and ensure medical quality and safety.
