Abstract: Objective: To use Meta-analysis method to evaluate the effects of mobile medical intervention on medication compliance of hypertension patients. Methods: Computer search was conducted on PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang Data, and VIP Data to collect randomized controlled trials focused on the effects of mobile medical treatment on medication compliance in patients with hypertension. The retrieval time was from January 1, 2000 to January 24, 2021. After two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and evaluated the bias risk of the included study, RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 17 studies were included, including 3449 patients. Meta-analysis results showed that the different effect sizes were analyzed by two kinds of data, and the good medication compliance rate of hypertension patients was taken as the outcome index in the count data, RR=1.41, 95%CI (1.32, 1.50), P<0.05; In the measurement data, medication compliance scale score of hypertensive patients was used as an outcome index, SMD=0.74, 95%CI(0.40, 1.08), P<0.05. Conclusion: Mobile medical mode can improve the medication compliance of patients with hypertension and is beneficial to the control of blood pressure.
