居家肿瘤患者PICC风险预警自评指标体系的构建

摘要： 目的：构建居家肿瘤患者PICC风险预警自评指标体系，帮助居家肿瘤患者识别PICC风险并及早采取相应干预措施，为下一步实现患者居家自评、风险等级自动分类和中高风险患者自动预警的互联网平台建设奠定基础。方法：血管通路研究小组通过文献研究法初步拟定PICC风险预警自评指标体系的条目内容，采用德尔菲法对15名血管通路相关临床护理专家进行咨询，根据专家对条目内容的评分并结合专家意见确定了居家肿瘤患者PICC风险预警自评体系。结果：最终拟定的居家肿瘤患者PICC风险预警自评指标体系共包括9项高风险预警指标、6项中风险预警指标、4项低风险预警指标。德尔菲咨询专家积极系数为100.0%，专家权威系数为0.96，专家协调系数为0.181，专家咨询后变异系数为0～0.304。结论：居家肿瘤患者PICC风险预警自评指标体系有一定的科学性和适用性，能够为肿瘤患者居家护理提供科学的预警自评体系。

Abstract: Objective: To construct PICC risk early warning self-assessment indicators for home-based cancer patients to help them identify PICC risks and provide early interventions. Methods: The items and classifications of PICC risk early warning self-assessment indicators were preliminarily drafted by the task group of vascular access through literature review and finally determined by expert consultation with 15 clinical and nursing experts in the vascular access field. Results: Nine high-risk, six medium-risk and four low-risk early warning self-assessment indicators were determined for home-based cancer patients. The experts’ positive coefficient was 100.0%, the authority coefficient was 0.96, the coordination coefficient was 0.181, and the variation coefficient ranged from 0 to 0.304. Conclusion: The PICC risk early warning self-assessment indicators for home-based cancer patients was scientific and applicable. They can provide a scientific early warning self-assessment system for home-based cancer patients.
