Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of mobile micro-learning method in nursing training of Pressure Injury. Methods: 15 departments were divided into two groups using random number table method. The control group used the traditional centralized theory teaching method, and the experimental group used the mobile micro-learning method. The effects of the two groups of training and the clinical practice results after six months were compared. Results: The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nurses approved mobile micro-learning method (P<0.05). The incidence of Pressure Injury, the accuracy of risk assessment, the accuracy of wound assessment, the qualification rate of record and patient satisfaction were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mobile micro-learning method can improve the nursing quality and for patients with Pressure Injury and self-learning ability, and provide visual observation path for trainers, which is conducive to improving the quality of training.

Key words: mobile micro-learning; Pressure Injury; nursing skill training
