Abstract: In 2014, our hospital established family care nurses training base. Through stratified training and scientific management, the retired veteran cadres could receive care in their homes which are equal to hospital standardized management,so as to realize family care as a unit. The establishment and implementation of family care nurses is the future social demand, is the cutting edge of elderly chronic disease care, and establish the foundation for promoting the elderly nursing vocational training.At present the family care nurses training in our hospital has been normalized and standardized.
