摘要: 《症状护理》课程的开发与实施,是保证护士毕业后规范化培训质量的关键环节,本文主要从《症状护理》课程开发前的分析与调研,课程定位、课程目标、课程架构、教材特色以及课程的实践效果等方面,全面介绍了护士毕业后规范化理论培训的实践经验。
Abstract: Development and implementation of Symptom Nursing is the key point of protecting the standardization training quality of nurses after graduation. In this article, we comprehensively introduced the experience of active exploration and practice about the standardization theoretical training of nurses after graduation from the analysis and investigation before course development, course position, course goal, course framework, textbook characteristic, and course practice and effects.
