Abstract: The standardized resident training system and mode has been deepened in the scope of our country, but nurse standardized training system has not yet been established. In order to ensure the standarzation and systematicness of nurse training after graduation, we should learn from the expericence of the standardized resident training in our country and establish nurse standardized training after graduation and management system based on full integration of the strengths from health administration institutions, hospitals, and nursing colleges.
