Abstract: Myopia has become an urgent global public health problem, and a number of studies have confirmed that orthokeratology lenses are an effective means of prevention and controlling the progress of myopia. The wearing standard and compliance of orthokeratology lens directly affect the treatment effect. This paper reviews the influencing factors and interventions of orthokeratology lens wearing compliance, and the improvement strategies to improve the wearing compliance of orthokeratology lens wearers, aiming to provide references for this population to improve the wearing compliance of orthokeratology lens.
