Abstract: At present, Lower Limb Lymphedema cannot be cured. Home care is the key to maintain long-term rehabilitation effect, prevent recurrence and aggravation of Lower Limb Lymphedema patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. However, there is no standard home care for Lower Limb Lymphedema. This paper introduces the research status and safeguard measures of home care for patients with Lower Limb Lymphedema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, summarizes and analyzes the main points of home care, with the aim of improving the self-care efficacy of postoperative Lower Limb Lymphedema patients with gynecological malignant tumor, and promoting long-term rehabilitation, so as to provide references for future studies.
