Abstract: Objective: To summarize the practical experience of "Internet + Nursing Service" in Shandong province, so as to provide references for promoting the innovative development of nursing service and improving the quality of "Internet + Nursing Service". Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the distribution of "Internet + Nursing Service" medical institutions, service items, quality management and the cost of "Internet + Nursing Service" in 2023. Results: A total of 535 medical institutions carried out "Internet + Nursing Service" on 55 items in 8 categories, with 67292 people. The "Internet + Nursing Service" were more economical and convenient comparing to visiting hospital. Conclusion: "Internet + Nursing Service" strengthens the examination and approval of admission and the supervision of service process, strengthens the nurses' consciousness of practicing according to the law, and standardizes the "Internet + Nursing Service", so as to provide patients with professional, homogeneous, convenient medical services. However, the service model needs to be further improved to benefit more demanders.
