Abstract: Radiotherapy Induced Cardiac Disease (RIHD) is one of the main causes of non-cancerous death in patients with thoracic malignant tumor receiving radiotherapy, which poses a great threat to the prognosis, quality of life and life of patients. Many studies at home and abroad have found that a variety of factors were related to the occurrence of RIHD. This paper reviews the research progress of influencing factors and preventive measures of RIHD in thoracic tumors, so as to provide basis for improving the safety of radiotherapy for thoracic tumors and provide reference for further exploring effective intervention measures.
