摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：评价应用基于微课的翻转课堂教学改善护理专业学生医学教育环境和学业情绪的效果。方法：采用抽签法从我校 2014 级护理本科生中随机抽取 2 个班，分别作为实验组（32 人）和对照组（30人），实验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学法，对照组采用传统教学法，教学后比较两组学生的课程成绩、医学教育环境及学业情绪评分。结果：干预后，实验组学习成绩高于对照组，医学教育环境总分、环境知觉、教师知觉、学习知觉维度得分均高于对照组，在学业情绪的积极活动和积极结果维度，得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）；而两组在医学教育环境其他维度、学业情绪的消极活动和消极结果维度得分则无统计学差异（ P >0.05）。结论：基于微课的翻转课堂教学能有效提高学生的学习成绩，改善医学教育环境和积极学业情绪。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of flip classroom and micro-lectures on educational environment,academic emotions and academic motivations of nursing students. Methods: A total of 62 nursing students in 2 Classes in Dalian Medical University were selected by drawing lots and were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group taught in flip classroom. The effects of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire and classroom examination.Results: Students in the experimental group significantly outperformed those in the control group in terms of medical educational environment, academic motivations and academic emotions (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying flip classroom in nursing can enhance students' performance, improve medical educational environment and academic motivations.
