参照系培训法在护理迷你临床演练评估评分者培训中的应用

摘要: 目的: 评价参照系培训法在护理迷你临床演练评估评分者培训中的应用效果。方法: 采用方便抽样法选取大连市某三级甲等医院 32 名临床教师,采用参照系培训法对其进行护理迷你临床演练评估评分培训,培训前制作示范录像并获得标准分; 培训中通过播放录像 1、2,调动教师多感官融入培训; 培训后观察教师每次评分的一致性、 准确性及培训满意度情况。结果: 培训后, 录像 2 Kendall's W 值为 0.818, 加权 Kappa 系数为 0.872,总体一致性高于录像 1。培训后评分与标准分比较,差异无统计学意义 ( P >0.05)。教师对培训方式的满意度得分最高 (4.06±0.72),满意度为100% ; 对培训时间的满意度得分较低 (3.38±1.07),满意度为 82%。结论: 参照系培训法提高了护理迷你临床演练评估中教师评分的一致性、准确性,减少了评分者差异并获得较高满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of the Frame-of-Reference Training on Nursing-Mini-CEX rater training.Methods: We used Frame-of-Reference Training model to train 32 teachers who were recruited by convenience sampling method .We made the demo video and get the standard score. Multi-sensory channels were used during the training by playing the video 1,2. Then we observed the consistence and accuracy of the score and investigated their satisfaction to training. Results: The later video's Kendall's W was 0.818, and the weighted Kappa was 0.872. The overall consistency reliability was higher than the former video. There were no significant difference were found between the rater and standard score (P>0.05). Teacher's satisfaction score was (4.06±0.72) on training method, and (3.38±1.07) on training time.Conclusion: The frame-of-reference training could improve the consistence , accuracy , and satisfaction of the rater and be worth of applying in clinical rater training.
