摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：介绍PUSH 评分在压疮过程管理中的应用方法。方法：2015 年7 月至2016 年4 月期间，在我院住院的455 例（567 处）II-IV 期压疮患者，均采用PUSH 量表评价压疮的动态变化（首次评价、常规每周一次、末次评价，若有换药或伤口变化时则随时评价）并记录，观察各期压疮首次和末次PUSH 分值的变化以及患者的转归。结果：压疮首次PUSH 评分是（8.37±3.14) 分，末次评分是（7.22±3.99) 分，两者之间有统计学差异（P <0.01）；其中II、III 期压疮及院外带入压疮治疗护理前后首次、末次PUSH 评分有统计学差异（P <0.01），而IV 期压疮和院内发生压疮治疗前后首末次PUSH 评分无统计学差异（P >0.05）。结论：我院压疮护理总体有效；PUSH评分工具简便可行，能较为客观和量化地评价压疮愈合过程，体现压疮管理效果。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the effect of the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing (PUSH) on evaluating pressure ulcer treatment. Methods: 455 patients (567 sites) with II-IV grade pressure ulcers were recruited in the study. The pressure ulcers were examined weekly, and the data collection tool was the PUSH. Results Significant differences were found before(8.37±3.14) and after (7.22±3.99) pressure ulcer treatment (P<0.01), except for IV stage pressure ulcer and non-hospital acquired ulcer (P>0.05). Conclusion:Pressure ulcer care overall effective in our hospital. Considering its easy availability, the PUSH can be used to track the healing progress of pressure ulcers.
