“PBL+seminar”教学方法在五官科护理学课堂教学中的应用

Application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) combined with seminar teaching in teaching Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) nursing course

摘要: 目的:调查“PBL+seminar”教学方法在五官科护理学课堂教学中的应用与效果。方法:随机抽取护理专业二年级两个班的学生作为实验组和对照组,实验组118 人,对照组116 人。在课堂教学中,实验组采用“PBL+seminar”教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。以理论考试成绩和教学方法应用效果问卷和教学方法认可度问卷的调查结果检测两种教学方法的应用效果。结果:实验组理论考试成绩为(79.34±7.14) 分,高于对照组(70.95±8.20) 分,差异有统计学意义(t =8.451,P <0.001)。实验组教学方法应用效果和教学方法认可度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论:“PBL+seminar”教学方法激发了学生的学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛,提高了学生评判性思维能力、自主学习能力、沟通交流能力、团队协作能力。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the application and effect of PBL combined with seminar teaching in teaching ENT nursing course. Methods: Two classes of nursing students from sophmore year were randomly selected as experimental group (118 students) and control group (116 students), the experimental group received PBL combined with seminar teaching in classroom, the control group received Lecture-Based Learning (LBL), the application effect of two teaching methods were checked by the test achievement and questionnaire. Results: The results showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001). Conclusion: PBL and seminar teaching method stimulate student's interests in learning and activates the classroom atmosphere. Skills including critical thinking, autonomous learning ability, communication,and team work ability improved ultimately.
