天津市19所中医医院护理队伍建设现状调查分析

摘要: 目的:调查天津市19 所二级及以上中医医院护理队伍建设现状。方法:采用自行设计的中医医院护理队伍建设基本情况调查表,于2015 年10 月对天津市19 所二级及以上中医医院进行调查。结果:天津市19 所中医医院医护比、床护比均低于标准要求;职称结构比例不合理,中高级职称比例偏低,学历以大专为主;中医知识技能及骨干培训达学时要求,但中医院校和中医护理专业毕业人数总体相对偏低。结论:天津市二级及以上中医医院护士队伍人员总量相对不足,学历要求达标但职称结构分布不合理,中医专业护理人才缺乏,护理管理队伍水平仍有待提升,应积极采取措施优化中医护理队伍建设。

Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the current situation of nurse staffing level of 19 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospitals in Tianjin. Methods: Cross-sectional survey conducted in 19 TCM hospitals with self-designed questionnaires in October 2015. Results: The bed-to-nurse ratios and doctor-to-nurse ratios were lower than the national staffing standards. The proportion of senior nurses and above was low, and most of the nurses had a college degree. TCM specialist training met the standard for nursing education. The proportion of nurses who graduated from TCM colleges was low. Conclusion: There is a shortage of nursing staffs among TCM hospitals. Healthcare strategies and efforts are needed to modify adequate nurse staffing levels.
