Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) injections was widely used in clinic and played an important role in the disease treatment, however the adverse drug reaction caused by injections is also gradually aroused people's concern. In this paper, we analyzed the influencing factors and clinical manifestations of adverse drug reaction caused by TCM injections, and explored the nursing counter measures for decreasing the adverse reaction from strictly executing the doctors' orders, standardizing procedure of confecting solution, emphasizing drug quality observation, controlling the drop speed, strengthening the drug monitoring and rescuing, strengthening the professional knowledge learning, and paying attention to psychological nursing.
