摘要： 本文通过对我国社会化养老服务市场和政策的发展过程、趋势的分析，探讨未来养老服务人才市场需求，提出养老服务人才建设的对策建议，为养老服务市场的理性发展提供参考。
Abstract: This paper analyzed the development process and tendency of socialized senior care service market and policy, discussed the market needs of senior care service manpower in the future, and proposed the tactics of senior care service talent construction, which may provide reference to the rational development of senior care service market.
