摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：建立脑血管病患者医养结合模式中护理员教育培训体系。方法：建立以岗前培训、实习培训、继续教育系统培训及定期考核为主要内容的护理员教育培训体系，不断提高脑血管病患者医养结合护理员职业素养，以适应现代养老需求。结果：初步形成了系统、高效的护理员培训体系，护理员业务水平及职业素养都得到了大幅提高，持证上岗率达到 85.5% ；同时住院老人压疮发生率逐年降低，达到 1.6%，患者对护理员满意度较 2013 年升高，达到 95.5%。结论：我院建立的护理员教育培训体系基本适应脑血管病患者医养结合模式中养老照护需求，值得进一步完善和推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the establishment on educational training system for caregiver in medical support binding models for patients with cerebrovascular disease. Method Establish an educational training system by pre-job training,practical training, continuing education training and regular assessment. Result The preliminary system on training and management for caregiver have formed, the qualification building of caregiver have been completed basically, and the professional skill and professional quality have been increased greatly. Conclusion The system of educational training for caregiver is adaptive in medical treatment which combined with pension institution, and it is worth to further improve and promote.
