Abstract: We designed the pain assessment and recording information system based on mobile nursing information system in our hospital, including the pain evaluation electric sheet, standard record language logging, the pain score dynamic curve exhibition etc. The data in different parts can be translated. The application of pain assessment and recording information system is designed to meet the requirement of pain management in our hospital. This information system could save nurses' time of assessing and recording pain and improve the standardization and systematicness in nursing pain management.
