Abstract: Thrombolysis therapy is the only effective method for the acute ischemic stroke at present, but it is subject to the time window. In-hospital delay will deprive therapy opportunity of those patients who arrive at hospital in the time window. The paper reviewed the current status and influencing factors of in-hospital delay in thrombolysis process among ischemic stroke patients in order to provide reference for reducing the in-hospital delay time.
