Abstract: Chaoyang District of Beijing first established Quality Control and Improvement of Nosocomial Infection Management Center in 2010. During the past five years, Quality Control Center implemented a new grid management approach without experience reference, reinforced nosocomial infection supervision as well as launched a series of training and research activities. The Quality Control Center played an important role in promoting hospital infection management and reducing the incidence of errors, thus management and practice could be mutually reinforcing, and facilitated continuous improvement.
