Abstract: Objective: To build medical staff occupational exposure protection system, strengthen the medical staff occupational safety. Methods: Under the supervision and help of the Chinese center for Disease Control and prevention, Institute of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Disease, and the occupational health standards laboratory, the authors made an active exploration of occupational safety and protection. Results: They set up a scientific, advanced, systematic, feasible occupational exposure protection management system. Conclusion: This hospital occupational exposure protection system could improve medical staff's awareness of occupational exposure, promote their precaution and report behaviors, ensure their occupational safety.
