摘要： 目的：汉化临床学习环境评价量表（CLES+T）并检验该量表的信度、效度，开发适合我国国情的临床学习环境评价工具。方法：遵循量表翻译程序，首先对量表进行翻译、回译及文化调试，确定中文版CLES+T 量表，对345 名临床实习护生进行测试，检验其信度和效度。结果：中文版CLES+T 量表的内容效度指数为0.886，量表总Cronbach’s α 系数为0.945，重测信度为0.793。结论：中文版临床学习环境评价量表简明易懂，具有良好的信度、效度，可以作为临床实习环境评价的工具。
Abstract: Objective: To translate the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale and test its reliability and validity. Methods: The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale was developed based on strict principle of translation, back- translation and cross-cultural adaptation.The reliability and validity were tested among 345 nursing students. Results: The content validity index (CVI) was 0.886,which indicated a desirable content validity. The coefficient of Cronbach's α was 0.945 and the test-retest reliability was 0.793.Conclusion: The Chinese version of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale has been proved to be valid and reliable. It is a valuable tool for evaluating the level of clinical learning environment.
