Abstract: The comprehensive process management model of in vitro insemination and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) for female patients was established. The satisfaction score was significantly different between the patients with comprehensive process management and those without comprehensive process management. The comprehensive process management mode can improve the patients' satisfaction. It can improve working efficiency of medical staff, and promote the standardization and systematization of IVF-ET patient management.
