临床护士共情能力对职业倦怠感与主观幸福感间关系的调节作用

Subjective well-being and job burnout of clinical nurses: the role of empathy

摘要: 目的:探讨临床护士职业倦怠感对主观幸福感的影响,及共情能力在其中的调节作用。方法:采用方便抽样法对安徽某医院的231 名护士进行调查。结果:幸福感指数问卷得分为(11.54±1.97) 分;职业倦怠感问卷情绪疲倦感维度得分为(16.21±9.78) 分,工作冷漠感得分为(4.20±4.30) 分,工作无成就感得分为(17.45±10.85) 分;人际反应指针量表得分为(53.33±9.41) 分。临床护士人际反应指针量表总分及想象力维度、共情性关心维度和个人痛苦维度得分对职业倦怠感与主观幸福感之间关系的调节效应显著。 结论:职业倦怠感对主观幸福感的负面影响,随着共情能力、想象力、共情性关心的增加而减少,随着个人痛苦的增加而增大。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between subjective well-being and job burnout among clinical nurses,and the role of empathy. Methods: A convenience sample of 231 registered nurses was investigated with demographic data, Index of well-being, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C and Maslach Burnout Inventory. Results: The average score of well-being was 11.54±1.97. The average score of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment were 16.21±9.78,4.20±4.30 and 17.45±10.85. The average score of empathy was 53.33±9.41, and the moderate effect of empathy and its dimension were significant. Conclusion: The present data suggest that the level of empathy and its dimension of imagination, sympathy moderate the negative effects of job burnout on subjective well-being among clinical nurses, while personal suffering encourages the negative effects.
